Senior Driving Instructor (Mavic-type UAV Operator)
The “Omega” Special Purpose Center of the National Guard of Ukraine was established to centralize command of special forces units, enabling more effective coordination on the battlefield with other security units and among themselves. Since the start of the full-scale invasion in 2022, special forces units have been carrying out combat operations in the Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv regions.
Duties
- Operating UAVs to perform reconnaissance and combat missions
- Providing support and timely maintenance of equipment to ensure system functionality
- Collecting, analyzing, and promptly coordinating with command for effective mission execution
- Transporting personnel and cargo to positions
- Maintaining the technical serviceability of assigned vehicles
- Maintaining a high level of personal combat readiness and continuously improving professional skills
Requirements
- Age 18 or older
- Eagerness to learn and pursue personal development
- Willingness to work in active combat zones
- Ability to work in a team and make decisions in urgent situations
- Possession of a UAV operation course certificate is an advantage
- Experience operating UAVs under electronic warfare conditions is an additional advantage
- Possession of a valid driver’s license of the appropriate categories
Conditions
- Mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service until official demobilization is announced
- High level of financial compensation in accordance with current legislation
- Transfer of current service members ONLY within the National Guard of Ukraine with the consent of their immediate commander (transfers from the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Border Guard Service are not conducted)
